Wexford
This new house is set on the gently sloping side of a hill. The house has been split into three separate elements in order to break down the massing of the house itself, much like historical farmhouses with their outbuildings. A single storey ‘living’ block, a two storey ‘sleeping’ block and a single storey garage make up a cluster of buildings that form this house. The house appears in a fairly traditional style, with a modern interior. Views of the neighbouring Abbey have been worked into the house design both internally and externally.
Indicative build cost (2010): €260,000.00
